Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview

Refunds and cancellations are primarily governed by airline fare rules. ClearToBook does not define fare-level refundability independently of the airline policy attached to your booked ticket.

Before Cancellation

Refer to the fare rules shown during booking to check applicable refund amounts for your ticket.
Fare rules are also available in your booking confirmation and trip details.
Some fare classes are fully non-refundable, while others allow partial refund.
Airline cancellation charges and fare difference rules can apply.

Refund Process

Submit a cancellation request through My Trips or Customer Support.
ClearToBook initiates cancellation with the airline as per the booked fare rules.
Once the airline approves the cancellation, the airline processes the refund to ClearToBook.
After ClearToBook receives the refund from the airline, your refund is processed within 2 business days.
By default, refunds are credited to the original payment mode used at the time of booking.

Processing Timelines

Refund amount is determined by airline fare rules — please refer to fare rules during booking for expected refund amounts.
ClearToBook processes your refund within 2 business days of receiving the refund from the airline.
Default refund mode is the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet used for booking).
After ClearToBook initiates the refund, actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your payment gateway and issuing bank.
Service fees, convenience fees, and payment charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Special Cases

For no-show bookings, refunds (if any) are decided as per airline fare rules.
For flight cancellations by airline, options may include alternate flight or refund subject to airline advisories.
In events like weather disruption or regulatory actions, airline policy will prevail.
